• Administer examination sessions
• Manage participant qualification and attendance
• Publish competition results, where applicable

3. Publication of Results

Participants acknowledge that their name, educational institution, region, ranking, and competition results may be published on the official Genius Math League platform, official communication channels, or other competition-related publications.

4. Data Security

We implement appropriate security measures to protect your personal data. Passwords are hashed using secure cryptographic algorithms and are never stored in plain text. We use encrypted connections (HTTPS) for data transmission. Access to participant data is restricted to authorized TechConnect personnel only.

We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties. We may share aggregated or anonymized statistics for reporting purposes. We may disclose your information if required by law, to enforce our Terms & Conditions, or to administer the Competition.

We retain your personal data for the duration of the Competition and for up to 2 years afterward for record-keeping, auditing, and reporting purposes. You may request deletion of your account and associated data, subject to legal or operational retention requirements.
