Terms & Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for Genius Math League ("the Competition"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not participate in the Competition.

2. Eligibility

Participation is open to individuals who are under 26 years of age at the time of registration. Participants must be citizens or legal residents of Indonesia.

Participants are required to provide a valid government-issued identification document or other official supporting document to verify eligibility. Accepted documents include, but are not limited to, a National Identity Card (KTP), Passport, Child Identity Card (KIA), Family Card (KK), or other official documents deemed acceptable by TechConnect.

TechConnect reserves the right to verify all submitted documents and determine participant eligibility.

3. Registration

Each participant may register only once. Duplicate registrations may be disqualified. You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information during registration. TechConnect reserves the right to verify all information submitted.

Registration does not guarantee participation if eligibility requirements or verification requirements are not fulfilled.

4. Participant Responsibilities

Participants are responsible for complying with these Terms & Conditions, the Privacy Policy, and the Official Rules of the Competition. Participants must ensure that all information submitted is accurate and must follow all instructions provided by TechConnect or the Organizing Committee.

5. Prizes and Rewards

Prize details will be announced separately. Prizes are non-transferable and non-negotiable. Winners are subject to tax obligations in accordance with applicable Indonesian law. TechConnect reserves the right to modify prize structures with reasonable notice.

6. Intellectual Property

All examination materials, questions, content, logos, designs, systems, and materials provided during Genius Math League are the intellectual property of TechConnect. Reproducing, distributing, publishing, recording, screen capturing, or sharing any competition content without written permission is strictly prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability

TechConnect shall not be liable for any technical difficulties, system outages, internet disruptions, device issues, or other matters beyond its reasonable control that may affect a participant's ability to participate in or complete the Competition. TechConnect's liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

8. Modifications

TechConnect reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Participants will be notified of significant changes via email or the official Genius Math League platform. Continued participation following notice of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Indonesia.
